Shipping policy

UK Delivery
We are currently only shipping within the UK. For shipping outside the UK, please get in touch with us at info@coffeeandbiscuits.com.
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50 (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
- Orders £50 and under will be charged £7.00 for standard delivery and £4.00 for express.
If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require a £15.00 fee to be paid before items are re-sent.
Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order dispatched within 7 days.
Where items are unique or made to order, there may be longer lead time on your purchase and we will contact you if this is the case.
Orders with custom lead times included will take longer; please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for production prior to dispatch.
Heavy item orders will be sent at extra cost due to size, fragility, and weight. Please contact us for individual delivery quotes for any other issues.
UK orders will be sent with DPD/ Royal Mail with the relevant level of insurance.
Once your order has been dispatched, deliveries with couriers are out of our control. If you would prefer for us to deliver directly to a local collection point, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
